All across America from February 1-29, businesses and job seekers line up to participate in the 2012 Extreme Sands “Roadmap to Success” Virtual Job Fair. With a major focus on mentoring from businesses to job seekers, firms from all across Americ...a are ready to interact and share their knowledge in what it takes to build a roadmap to success and new ways to land jobs that can help and enhance our economy and our communities.

A new platform; businesses have the opportunity to share their hiring experiences and guide job seekers in what the requirements and needs of specific jobs are and what it takes to build a skill set that can take them there.

Extreme Sands is staying loyal to the vision of their founders, with their core thinking of SHARE-TEACH-LEARN and their visionary concepts and innovative ideas that can enrich the lives of all those that wake up every day in search of a better future.

This first year with the Extreme Sands “Roadmap to Success” Virtual Job Fair, we look forward to all businesses that have remained steadfast in their dedication to our communities in taking a new step and sharing their knowledge and experience with job seekers on what it takes to rise above and get that job.

Job Seekers: (from the comfort of your home, you can learn what it takes)

1. Register at www.extremesands.com
2. Post a profile picture to let everyone know who you are. (click save)
3. Select your privacy settings. (click save)
4. Use the “TEXT BOX” on MY PAGE to provide your bio, goals, and dreams. Use text, HTML, photos, videos, etc., to pimp your presentation page. (click save)
5. Share photos, create albums or post videos.
6. Additional tools: video chat, chat, classified listings to search for job opportunities, and radio broadcast software.

Businesses: (from the comfort of your office, you can make a difference)

1. Register at www.extremesands.com
2. Post a profile picture to let everyone know who you are. (click save)
3. Select your privacy settings. (click save)
4. Use the “TEXT BOX” on MY PAGE to write about your business and share what you do. Use text, HTML, photos, videos, etc., to pimp your presentation page. (click save)
5. Share photos, create albums or post videos.
6. Join the Virtual Job Fair Group with your company’s name or select a topic of your choice on the forums. Create a discussion forum that reflects your company's views and take advantage of the comment wall to interact with job seekers.
7. Additional tools: video chat, chat, classified listings to post job opportunities, and radio broadcast software.
8. Create Blogs and share educational information that can be of benefit and enhance the lives of others.
